About the Brand nuukk was founded by Andrea Hild in 2011 in Berlin. What began as a heart project in addition to studying painting, soon became a small, successful label with a focus on stationery and home decor. The illustrations for this are created in a Kreuzberg studio. Andrea is supported by a small team in realizing the products.
PHILOSOPHY
nuukk attaches great importance to sustainability. This is reflected in our products: stationery made from recycled paper (which is prettier anyway, right?), Baby products made from organic cotton and BPA-free bamboo tableware. In addition, nuukk products should not be disposable products, but offer added value: The stickers for upcycling old porcelain, for example, do just that. They give the old a new shine. nuukk also cooperates with a workshop in which people with disabilities or psycho-social impairments can find training and employment.
