Shipping policy
We're excited about your purchase and can't wait to send your order out as soon as possible. folk berlin will choose the fastest and most cost-efficient carrier to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner.
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may still apply. The shipping costs are calculated on your shopping cart value, weight of products in your cart and your geographic location. The calculation takes place after deducting any discounts.
We deliver Monday through Friday excluding bank holidays. We ship with DPD and DHL. If you have a carrier preference between these two, please write this in the notes section of your order and we will try to accommodate when possible. In-store pickup is possible during the opening hours of our stores. We have two stores in Berlin located at Mittenwalder Str. 47, 10961 Berlin, Germany and Ludwigkirchplatz 11, 10719 Berlin, Germany.
Estimated delivery times:
- Within Germany: 3-5 business days
- Other EU countries 5 - 8 business days
Shipping Fees are based on weight and location:
- Within Germany: 5.90 EUR
- Other EU countries 12.90 EUR
*there are some exceptions due to higher shipping charges such as Finland
Customs clearance and tariffs may apply, folk berlin is not responsible for additional import tariffs.
