3. Website analysis

4. Marketing: Facebook and Instagram
We use advertising measures of the Facebook network, the so-called "Facebook Pixel". This is operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. This is a script ("pixel") that we use on our website. If you are logged in to the website of Facebook Ireland Ltd. at the same time as visiting our website, Facebook Ireland Ltd. can recognise that you have visited our website. E. NEWSLETTER
We offer a newsletter service in which we inform recipients about our services (newsletter subscription). To receive this newsletter, you must register for it on our site. The data you enter during registration will be transmitted to us and used only for sending the newsletter.
This is about:

- The IP address of the computer system you are using.
- Date and time of application
We need your e-mail address to send you the newsletter. The remaining information is necessary to prevent misuse of our but also the specified e-mail address.

The above-mentioned data is transferred to this company as part of order processing in accordance with Article 28 (3) sentence 1 DSGVO, i.e. this data is not used by the company to write to you directly or to pass the data on to third parties.
Rocket Science Group, LLC has certified itself in accordance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield.
We evaluate the reading behaviour of our newsletter mailings and can evaluate the opening rate and click rate. We can assign this behaviour to the individual newsletter recipients. This is done
with the purpose of making our newsletter even more interesting and adapting it to the needs of our interested parties.
Before sending the registration for the receipt of our newsletter, your consent will be obtained and your attention will be drawn to this data protection declaration (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
A termination of the subscription and thus an objection and removal possibility of the data processing is possible at any time. For this purpose, there is a corresponding unsubscribe link in every e-mail of our newsletter.

You can contact us electronically by e-mail or via a form on the website. In this case, the data you send to us will be stored by us.

We will delete this data when it is no longer required for the respective purpose. I.e. when the email exchange with you has ended and we have fully processed your request.

H. ORDER IN THE WEBSHOP
The following information relates to the handling of your data in connection with an order in the webshop on our website.
(1) Order
Insofar as you complete an order on our website, we will use the data you provide to process the order and fulfil our contractual obligations. This concerns the following data:

(2) Payment transaction
You can also make use of paid offers on the website. We use payment service providers to carry out the payment process.
In addition to the payment data (your bank details for direct debit or your credit card details), the following data is also processed by the payment provider you use:

The given payment data as well as the other data will neither be passed on by us nor by the payment provider to third parties who are not involved in the fulfilment of the contract and the processing of the payment (exception: credit agencies, see below).

I. PROCESSING IN THIRD COUNTRIES IN GENERAL
Unless and insofar as otherwise stated above, the processing of your personal data in countries outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) is carried out exclusively on the basis of the legal requirements pursuant to Article 44 of the GDPR. In the present case, this is exclusively the case either on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR) and/or on the basis of appropriate guarantees (Art. 46 GDPR).
J. GENERAL STORAGE TIME
In general, personal data is stored exclusively for as long as it is required to fulfil the purpose of the data collection or to comply with the respective statutory retention period. After the purpose ceases to exist or the period expires, the data is deleted.

Insofar as we have processed personal data from you, you are a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR and you are entitled to the following rights against us:

In particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of complaint, the origin of your data if it has not been collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details.
- 16 DSGVO - You can immediately request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored by us.
- 17 DSGVO - You may request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
- 18 DSGVO - You can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,
- as far as the correctness of the data is disputed by you,
- insofar as the processing is unlawful, but you object to its deletion and we no longer require the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims
- or insofar as you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21
- 20 DSGVO - You may receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or request that it be transferred to another controller.
- 7 (3) DSGVO - You can revoke your consent once given to us at any time. This has the consequence that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent for the future.
- 77 DSGVO - You can complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our registered office for this purpose.
L. RIGHT OF OBJECTION
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO, provided that there are grounds for doing so that arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which is implemented by us without specifying a particular situation.
