No one really knows what kind of being Rockleton is – or where he comes from. Even his own memory is a little hazy: For years he was simply… there. Still, motionless, and content to perceive only the faint rumble of the earth.
And then, one day, he just sort of... woke up. Discovered that he had always had eyes and limbs – and decided to explore the world on his new stone legs.
Since then, his days have been very simple: walking around, observing and enjoying the scenery – in rain as well as in sunshine (both keep his moss wonderfully fresh).
This just shows that even those who seem unchanging can undergo a small transformation.
